Winston Rewards Loyalty Program Case Study

Objective
Increase purchase frequency and create engagement with brand loyalists across all channels with a loyalty program that allows for nimble updates to the frontend, and backend integrations to support program configuration, promotion/rules engine and member accounts.
Solution
A points-based loyalty program, supported with an API to a CMS, that allows members to earn points by entering pack codes, taking monthly polls, following on social media and using coupons.
With earned points, members can redeem for items such as coupons, charity donations, digital gift cards and customized physical items.
Through in-store, onpack and online communication, consumers learn about Winston Rewards and are incentivized to register and visit the loyalty dashboard frequently for rewarding experiences.
Results
