Authorization And Release
For good and valuable consideration in the form of the possibility of publicity, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby irrevocably grant to Clarus Commerce LLC dba ebbo (“ebbo”) and its assignees and agents the perpetual and worldwide right to use, reproduce, display, exhibit, publish, post, broadcast, and distribute any promotional materials containing my name, biographical information and likeness, together with my recorded statement, endorsement and testimonial, including, without limitation, on television, Internet, social media, radio, print and all media now known or hereinafter devised, in whole or in part, without additional consideration, review or approval and to modify and create derivative works based on my information, persona and statements. By participating in this event, you knowingly and voluntarily waive, release and forever discharge ebbo and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, demand, causes of actions and liabilities. This Authorization and Release shall remain in effect in perpetuity. Nothing herein shall obligate ebbo to make any use of the rights set forth herein. I hereby release ebbo from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the uses stated above, including without limitation any and all claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation, copyright or trademark violation, and any other personal and/or proprietary rights. I shall not now, or in the future, assert or maintain any such claim against ebbo.
