Clarus Commerce Named One of the Nation’s Best & Brightest Companies to Work For in 2020

Back in October Clarus was named a 2020 Best & Brightest Companies to Work for in the Boston Region for the third consecutive year! Now, we’re very happy to announce that on top of that great honor, we’ve made the Best & Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition identifies and honors companies that deliver exceptional human resource practices and show a deep commitment to their employees.

Companies are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention, and more.

Clarus has also been named a Connecticut Top Workplace for eight consecutive years.

For example, due to the stress caused by the pandemic, we’ve been closing at 2 p.m. every Friday since last March and will continue to honor this schedule for the foreseeable future. The company has worked remotely since then as well. Who doesn’t love kickstarting the weekend early?
