VIP members pay a monthly fee of $16.95 and receive unlimited free shipping for purchases and returns on ShopHQ as well as 5% cash back on all ShopHQ purchases. In addition, ShopHQ VIP members are eligible for cash back and shipping benefits at more than 1,000 other retailers who are part of ShopHQ’s special VIP network.
The VIP premium loyalty program increased brand engagement right away. The program allowed ShopHQ to engage with their VIP members in a new way and build brand loyalty.
