Target’s Digital Sales Rise 30 Percent

Target’s Q2 2015 earnings report included the news that its online sales grew 30% year-over-year, which caught the eye of many.  In an interview with Direct Marketing News, Clarus Commerce CEO Tom Caporaso says Target is benefiting from its recent decision to cut its purchase threshold for free shipping to $25.  As he points out, the retailer is giving consumers what they want, and what they want is free shipping.
