New Amazon service connects consumers with professionals

In the wake of the Amazon Home Services launch, Nooga asks Clarus Marketing CEO Tom Caporaso to weigh in on the online retail giant’s decision and its effects.  Entering into the $630 billion home services market, Caporaso says, is part of Amazon’s goal to be “The Everything Store.”  Given the company’s reach and the free access to local listings, Caporaso thinks providers and customers may both benefit from the service.
