As online shoppers pay growing attention to retailers’ return policies, Endicia, an electronic postage software firm, reviewed Return Saver, a subscription program that offers consumers free return shipping, via FedEx Ground, on an unlimited number of online purchases. As Endicia notes, “Return Saver takes the pressure off of consumers, allowing them to shop without worrying about paying for returns.”
